超聲波清洗機(jī)中的脫氣功能原理

超聲波引入溶液中時,會產(chǎn)生交替壓力,用于空化閾的聲波在液體中傳播時能夠產(chǎn)生空化氣泡并且能顯著提高氣體從溶液中到氣泡的傳質(zhì)速率??栈瘹馀萦扇芤褐形⑿〉臍夂水a(chǎn)生,在聲波的稀疏相內(nèi)由于張應(yīng)力(負(fù)壓力)的作用會產(chǎn)生這些空泡。
