一、超聲波脫氣
1、 Ultrasonic degassing
超聲波脫氣是用真空泵循環(huán)的方式將溶解在清洗液的氣體脫離出來(lái),使得清洗液能夠更好的成為傳遞超聲波震蕩的介質(zhì)。
Ultrasonic degassing is the process of using a vacuum pump to circulate the gas dissolved in the cleaning solution, allowing the cleaning solution to become a better medium for transmitting ultrasonic vibrations.
超聲波震蕩能量輻射會(huì)受到清洗液中的空氣濃度較大的影響,若清洗液中殘存的氣體較多,則會(huì)阻礙超聲波的傳播,從而降低清洗力。因此,可利用脫氣裝置來(lái)排出清洗液中的氣體,的提高清洗效果。
